Artist Bio

Apocryphon is based in Denver, Colorado and works in multiple genres (including photography, painting, wood-working, jewelry, performance and installation art). He is well known for his visionary work and Burning Man jewelry, as well as his anti-drug war activism. Of mixed European and Native ancestry and having lived and traveled in over 12 countries, Apocryphon draws from a wide variety of inspirational sources for his art, but none more so than the psychedelic state.

His work has been featured at Burning Man Center Camp, Burning Man HQ in San Francisco, Spectra Art Space, D3 Arts, the Petaluma Arts Center and the Bellevue Arts Museum.

His work can also be seen in the book ‘Jewelry of Burning Man’ by Karen Christians, LadyBee and George Post.
